For gas generator sets, only about 35% of the energy from gas fuel is converted into electrical energy by the generator set, 30% -35% is discharged with high-temperature flue gas (exhaust temperature reaches 550 ℃), 20% -25% is taken away by the generator cooling water, and other losses such as heat dissipation through the body account for 10%. The energy lost from exhaust waste heat and cooling water is more than the useful energy. The waste heat resources from flue gas, which account for nearly 35% of the thermal energy generated by gas-fired generators, are basically wasted. The Jinrui team made full use of the waste heat from the flue gas of the gas generator set for this working condition, installed the waste heat boiler matched with the Jinrui JR-WS gas generator set, and generated steam to drive the steam turbine unit for secondary power generation. The mining resources have been fully utilized, the mining environment has been effectively protected, and the enterprise has achieved energy-saving, clean and sustainable development, creating good economic, environmental and social comprehensive benefits.
