柴油機(jī)長時(shí)間超負(fù)荷作業(yè)，會使其油耗增加、熱負(fù)荷升高，從而出現(xiàn)水溫過高現(xiàn)象。為此，應(yīng)避免長時(shí)間超負(fù)荷作業(yè)。

2、冷卻液不足

柴油機(jī)冷卻系統(tǒng)中若缺少冷卻液，則會影響柴油機(jī)散熱效果，造成柴油機(jī)高溫。對此，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查散熱器及膨脹水箱內(nèi)冷卻液存量，液位低時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充。
